MY PERFECT ASSISTANT is owned and
operated by Polly Mailhot of Tampa, Florida. She offers over 20
years of combined professional and executive level support
services, Real Estate Agent support, marketing, business
development, office management, paralegal and commercial
arts/graphics design experience to small business owners and busy
professionals.
Polly has experience in the the fields of
Purchasing, Sales, Banking, Law, and Importing. She is also a
talented print art designer and web site developer.
Polly
received a degree in Criminology and Information Technology
Management and is a member of the Alpha Chi national honor
society.
As a paralegal, Polly can do deposition and
records summaries, prepare standard divorce, criminal and
bankruptcy pleadings, legal transcription, including witness
interviews and meetings. She is also a notary.
MY PERFECT ASSISTANT conducts most
of its business in the "virtual" business world as independent
contractors to individual professionals, small business owners and
larger companies with regular overflow work.
